Do you want to support the Product Safety team by helping to ensure we get products on sale, on time, supporting the growth of Games Workshop? Do you want to work closely with our incredibly talented staff to make sure that our products are compliant with both our own high standards and certification requirements?


We are looking for a meticulous, methodical Product Safety Coordinator who has a passion for getting the job done right first time and in a timely manner.


You will be responsible for creating product documentation along with photographs which will be used to support the product certification process.

We'll look to you to review the products against specifications to ensure compliance, and ensure that products match the specification we have on file.


You will also be responsible for key administration duties such as ensuring we have the samples we need, and ensuring suppliers are paid, so strong organisation skills are key in this role.


Strong communication skills are essential in this role as you will be liaising with external agencies to ensure that products are certified correctly.

We'll look to you to provide internal progress updates to the Product Safety Manager and wider business.

Working hours:

This will be a part time role for
22.5 hours a week and will be based in the office during the training/ handover period.

Following the training period the role will be Hybrid with 2/3 days in the office OR 5 days a week working 4 hours a day.


Contract:
This role is for a
10 month fixed term contract.
