Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supervisor Picker/ Packer to join our well-known Clients team.


Duties:


  • Overseeing and helping to wash and pack salads in line with company policy from field to dispatch.
  • Organising orders/staff and workloads for the day.
  • Record Keeping for audits/traceability etc.
  • Good team leading skills are essential along with a flexible approach to working hours.

Good to have Experience in the Food Industry.


This is a full time role but there are seasonal fluctuations in hours worked per week, around 40/week during winter and around 60 in summer, Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings when required.

Past experience of working with BRC/Red Tractor audits would be a big advantage but full training will be given


Salary:
From £13.00 per hour
