    About the role

    We have a great opportunity for a Ranger to join our busy team at Waterside Parks. The Key aspects of this role will be to provide support to our legal statutory requirements, commercial activities and passive recreational pursuits, with a dual aim of maximizing profitability and enhancement of the company's image and reputation through the provision of a high standard of customer service.

    The successful candidate will support the Waterside parks team to deliver high quality activities across the site and may be called upon to assist with any other area of the business.

    The role will involve completing work on our fish farms, working with our angler's, maintenance schedules, hot tub maintenance, reactive work programs, undertaking regular inspections and monitoring programs for fixed and mobile assets.

    You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer experience to all of our guests to contribute to our C-MEX result, this will be achieved by delivering a high level of customer service, providing reliable information upon request and delivering a range of activities.

    Please note – This role has been defined as a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you'll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test.

    About you:

    Proven experience of working within a customer focused environment is desirable as you will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis.

    The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to work, be required to work unsocial hours that include weekend working.

    Ideally you will have experience of working in a hospitality or visitor services environment and have proven practical skills that cover all aspects of maintenance work and repairs.
