    The Role:

    NCC Group is always looking for amazing people to join our talented team. The role of HRBP is vital in providing experienced HR partnering support to the company as it grows and evolves, whilst supporting the senior management team in each of their business areas.

    You'll be challenged by diverse work at pace and the opportunity to lead local and global projects; everything from the implementation of strategy, elements of design, organizational change, a relentless focus on talent, stakeholder management through to line manager training and hands on operational advice. The role is responsible for the design and implementation of the specific people plan for their area/s, whilst supporting our overall HR strategy and plan.

    You will have strong experience in a changing business, including managing change, global mobility, acquisitions to enable you to fulfil these key HR roles.

    The HRBP will work closely with the Centres of Expertise (Talent and Reward) to plan out the implementation of cyclical activities such as performance and development reviews, pay reviews or succession planning and be responsible for leading the business through each programme.

    In addition, you will have strong:

    Organisational skills – personal efficiency, project management skills, and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key, with a calm approach to instil confidence

    Stakeholder management – the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital, as is the ability to managing diverse personalities and viewpoints which requires high emotional intelligence

    Commercial acumen – curious about business ability to make strategic decisions and to be viewed within the business as a key influencer. Ability to understand the business commercially and advise with this in mind.

    Role model & ethical practice – you will be expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, Challenge behaviour and support us in developing the culture of the organisation.

    Data insight – you will be comfortable working with data and analysis, constantly tracking key HR metrics to spot issues early and drive positive change.

    HR expertise – A strong working knowledge of UK legislation and that in other geographies would be useful, including best practices for people systems and processes, to support the evaluation of what's right for the business

    Coaching and mentoring – Proficient skills in developing and coaching senior managers, middle management and team leaders.

    Emotionally intelligent – You will become a trusted confidante on all people issues, challenging where needed, warm yet assertive in giving your opinions and expertise.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Demonstrable experience in a business partnering role, preferably within a global matrix business.
    • CIPD qualified and experience of Workday HRIS
    • Current or previous experience as a business partner in a fast growing organisation is essential, within the technology sector and/or professional services is desirable.
    • We are looking for someone who can bring energy and enthusiasm as a team player in the Global HR team whilst empowering the business to develop our people and support them to thrive and grow.
    • Ideally, you will have previous experience of working across international locations and time zones, within a Company that has experience in mergers and acquisitions.
