PositionOverview:As an experienced Project Manager you willassume full responsibility for the planning progression andinstallation of a diverse range of projects bespoke to the clientsneeds. Your role will be crucial in delivering projects on time andwithin budget with a primary focus on highprofile clients.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written areessential as you will be interfacing with various stakeholders fromCompany Directors to CivilContractors.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Plancoordinate and oversee the execution of projects involving ParkingBollards Anti Terrorist Barriers and traffic access/controlsystems.
• Act as the primary point of contactensuring regular and transparent communication with clientsthroughout the project lifecycle.
• Managemultiple projects simultaneously demonstrating efficient time andresource management.
• Utilise practical basicengineering knowledge to interpret and understand engineeringdrawings.
• Collaborate with internal teamsexternal contractors and clients to ensure successful projectdelivery.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindsetwhile maintaining technical excellence.
• Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations NEC/JCT contracts andrelevant industry standards.
• Leverage stronginterpersonal skills to work effectively within a team andcommunicate with stakeholders at alllevels.

Qualificationsand Skills:

• Practicalbasic engineering knowledge acquired through experience or arelevant degree.
• Proficient in readingengineering drawings.
• Familiarity withWindowsbased packages email and internetapplications.
• Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Proven customerservice experience with a focus on clientsatisfaction.
• Attention to detail and excellentmemory.
• Ability to manage multiple issues undertime pressure.
• Full driving license(car).
• Previous experience in construction sitework in the UK including familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts andhealth and safety regulations isadvantageous.
