Our Asset Compliance Inspector role is critical in upholding our commitment to landlord health and safety legislation, statutory duties, and governance standards.

Your work will directly contribute to the safety and well-being of our customers across our stock.


Further responsibilities are listed below:

  • Conduct thorough fire safety inspections, focusing on fire doors and detection equipment within individual properties.
  • Perform compliance checks and inspections as required to fulfill our landlord health and safety obligations.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks that may impact statutory compliance, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
  • Log and ensure timely repairs are carried out as necessary to maintain compliance.
Our Asset Compliance Inspector role will be a hybrid position, contracted to 36.25 hours per week.

You will mostly be based out in the community, engaging with your customers across an allocated patch within our geography (Midlands & East of England).

Patches within this role include Birmingham, the East Midlands Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.

Naturally working with our customers, we need to complete pre-employment checks before you join us. This role is conditional upon receipt of two satisfactory references (one from your current employer).

We also need you to tell us what you have been up to over the past 5 years as a minimum in terms of employment history.
