  • Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an engaging, professional and excellent communicator to join one of the UK's leading Law Firms. _

Key Receptionist duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage all client and internal meeting rooms, setting up rooms as required in terms of furniture/technology/refreshments
  • Offering excellent client service in a hotelconcierge style including taxis, restaurant recommendations and the go to person for any queries
  • Proactively manage workload, including deadlines, time critical tasks and activities per day/week
  • Administrative tasks, including reports, financial reconciliation of charges and invoicing
  • Assisting the business development and events teams with planning and organisation

The ideal Receptionist would:

  • Be experienced in a previous Receptionist role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages and a confident communicator both written and spoken
  • Be organised, able to handle conflicting demands and challenging pressures and capable of working autonomously
  • Have an interest in the legal working environment and want a longterm career in a support role
