The Opportunity:

As Managing Director, it will be your responsibility to manage an experienced team of technicians and the management team as well as the day-to-day operations of the business whilst reporting to the Global Operations Director who was previously in this roleand will be supporting the transition.

The day-to-day of this role will involve people management, business planning, budgeting and taking responsibility for liaising with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

Previous management experience within a technical environment
A strong and engaging leader with the ability to guide and develop a team of experienced employees, many of which are experts within their field therefore strong listening skills are equally key
Extremely organised with great attention to detail?and a high level of business awareness
Technical knowledge and excellent analytical skills
