    ATT Tax Compliance Consultant - Practice - Accounting

    Salary Range: £35,000 - £48,000

    We are currently seeking a seasoned Tax Compliance Consultant with a proven track record in navigating personal and business tax compliance to enrich our collaborative tax team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the personal tax compliance service, managing the day-to-day needs of a diverse portfolio of clients. This includes initiating communication, providing quotes, gathering tax information, reviewing data, and preparing and submitting Personal Tax Returns for a range of clients, encompassing sole traders, partnerships, company directors, and High Net Worth individuals.
    • Handle various annual tax compliance filings, such as ATED returns, EMI returns, Employment Related Securities returns, P11D's, and PSA's.
    • Engage in annual tax planning for clients, actively participating in remuneration planning, state pension forecasting, and optimizing annual allowances, including maximizing CGT annual exemptions, facilitating pension contributions, and leveraging ISAs allowances.
    • Cultivate and nurture client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
    • Potential involvement in occasional tax advisory project work.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • ATT qualification (or equivalent) - Must have
    • At least 3 years of tax accounting experience - Must have
    • Proficiency in CCH Personal Tax software
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • Strong team-oriented mindset
    • Demonstrated drive and commercial acumen
    • Full-time position with the possibility of hybrid working, ideally 4 days office-based.
