As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations across multiple shifts.

Driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed targets.

• Conducting training sessions to develop the skills and capabilities of staff members.
• Handling any issues or challenges that arise during your shift, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Previous experience in a similar role within the drinks/food industry preferred. However, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors are also encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
Monday - Friday: 6am-2pm
Monday - Thursday: 2pm -10pm
Monday - Friday: 10pm-6am (6pm - midnight on Fridays)#J-18808-Ljbffr
