    Since 2020, Angry Creative has been a globally distributed team, with people based throughout Europe and South Africa. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a growth mindset to join our growing Commercial Team.

    You will be responsible for proactively generating new business as well as qualifying inbound leads, delivering strong sales opportunities to Account Managers.

    Learning and development: You are in control of your career progression. Allocate new business opportunities to the commercial team, working with them to build long-term relationships

    • Create and promote awareness of Angry Creative's products and services using marketing materials as provided


    • Collaborate with the Commercial Team and Leadership to create a sustainable sales strategy



    • Document sales strategies and tools in Confluence
    Track sales activity and lead development in our CRM (Hubspot) and keep pipeline enterprise project, SMB build

    • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
    ● Help build, shape and sustain a healthy pipeline to drive the business forward
    Understanding of WordPress agency client demographics and market dynamics

    • Knowledge of WordPress functionality, features and tools


    • Experience qualifying clients/leads for WordPress solutions


    • Experience identifying sales and upsell opportunities in lead qualifying process


    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


    • Self-motivated and driven to succeed


    • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot)


    • Strong organisation, time management and task management skills


    • English language - fluent/professional proficiency (Essential)
    ● Swedish language - fluent/professional proficiency (Desirable)
