Nicholas Scott are working with a leading Law Firm in Dublin who have the opportunity for an Aviation/Asset Finance associate lawyer.

About the Role

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to join the asset finance team in Dublin and make a significant contribution to growing the practice.

The team advises private equity investors, operating lessors, financial institutions, export credit agencies and airlines on a wide range of asset finance structures. These include asset backed securitisations, aviation platform establishment, warehouse financings, portfolio asset sales and purchases, operating and finance lease structures as well as export credit agency facilities.

You will have exposure to high quality matters and will work as part of, and be supported by, a highly successful and collegiate team.

You will also have:

· Experience gained within a top-tier law firm in the U.K., Ireland or internationally.

· 3 – 5 years' relevant post qualification experience within asset finance, banking and/or structured finance in a private practice law firm or an in-house firm

· A strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills
