    Plant Administrator – Civils

    Salary: Up to £30,000

    Location: Derby

    Hunter Mason's Client

    Hunter Mason's Client are specialists in the Civil & Groundworks sectors. Due to constant growth, they have now identified the need for a Plant Administrator with a background in civils to join their team in Derby.

    Responsibilities:

    • Issue weekly and monthly reports to Plant management and Project management, including Plant on Hire reports, monthly invoices, utilisation reports (as required by the Plant Director) and ensure these are accurate and produced in a timely fashion.
    • Prepare KPI reports and departmental objectives (including SLAs) and provide to the Plant Director for review and further action.
    • Liaise with the Plant Manager and his team to ensure that all transport and stores charges are raised and charged in a timely fashion.
    • Lead on Special Projects and report on progress to the Plant Director on progress and requirements.
    • Ensure records are maintained in line with the Kilnbridge Management Systems.
    • Aid the Hire Controllers and Transport Manager and Logistics Co-ordinator in times of increased activity.
    • Carry out department document control
    • Record and produce meeting minutes as required in agreed timeframe
    • Send out weekly plant report to all sites ensuring any discrepancies are dealt with swiftly.
    • Record and report on the number of requisitions and delivery notes received
    • Ensure all signed tickets are scanned into Syrinx program.
    • Ensure that all deliveries and collections of plant are entered on the hire system
    • Ensure all hire invoices are checked, processed and passed within set timeframe
    • Liaise with Procurement, Logistic and Stores regarding delivery and collection of plant to and from site.
    • Ensure all paperwork is correctly filed to contract number in accordance with IMS.
    • Keeping accurate records relating to Company FORS accreditation PCN's, training etc.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    ·A Post Secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field is preferred

    ·Experience with relevant programs such as Syrinx

    ·Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels

    ·Superior customer service skills

    ·Knowledge of a variety of recruitment sources an asset

    ·Strong written communication skills

    ·Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

    ·Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    ·Respect for the confidential nature of the department
