    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk Analyst to join our team, based at our Skipton office on a permanent basis.

    Whilst this is predominantly remote working, there will be a requirement to travel to the Skipton office approximately once a month and for the occasional event.

    Therefore, you will need to be within a reasonable commute of this office.

    This role forms part of the wider CLS UK Risk Division and aims to establish and maintain standards of professional competency around Enterprise Risk Management activities by providing expert guidance, support, challenge and 2nd line of defence oversight reporting on enterprise risk related matters.

    This is a varied role that will see you support, promote and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring the business effectively understands and manages its risks in line with Computershare risk appetite.

    Your role will be pivotal in maintaining, developing and reporting on data stored in Excel, SharePoint workflow, Intranet content and the Computershare Risk tool ACE to ensure effective reporting of CLS risk information.


    This includes:

    • Maintenance and development of UK Loan services loss reporting processes including maintenance of loss payment workflow via SharePoint;
    • Data collection and reporting on risk appetite metrics within UK Loan Services;
    • Maintenance of Risk and Control Self Assessment processes in ACE and associated reporting within UK Loan Services;
    • Reporting on Findings in ACE and associated reporting;
    • Maintenance of Enterprise Risk Team intranet pages;
    • Maintenance and development of UK Loan services standing list and associated reporting;
    • Maintenance and development of UK Loan Services ACE reports to assist in MI analysis and production;
    • Provision of structured and ad-hoc training and development and use of risk information systems including ACE and to participate is UAT activities with respect to ACE development;
    • Other Risk Management and Business Continuity Management Framework related reporting as directed by the CLS UK Head of Enterprise Risk; and
    • Other MI and process support activities for departments within the CLS UK Risk Division as directed by the CLS UK Head of Enterprise Risk. What will you bring to the role?

    You will be confident in all channels of communication and hold excellent written and verbal skills to allow quality and timely report production seeing this through to closure.

    Individual must be able to form new working relationships easily, support stakeholders across a range of levels for the CLS UK Loan Services business.

    It's essential you'll hold excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail, and proven organisational capabilities. As well as the ability to work effectively within a team, operating across multiple sites.

    Sound understanding of reporting tools with an ability to input, review, extract, manipulate, interpret and aggregate data from multiple sources.

    An advanced user of Excel and working knowledge of Sharepoint workflow functionality. A company to be proud of
