- Manage day-to-day client communications including emails, weekly calls, and project trackers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars.
- Assist in the development of creative briefs and copy for various social media platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of social media campaigns, including audience planning/targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
- Provide ideas and insights to shape social media strategies and tactics.
- Prepare performance reports for social clients, monitoring industry trends and audience conversations.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Offer guidance and support to internal stakeholders on social media best practices, tools, and processes.
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Deep understanding and keen interest in social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail for reviewing creative and copy.
