Are you an experienced Commercial Manager who has worked on major RC Frame developments in the UK?

Are you looking for the next right move with an established developer who can provide you with job security and career progression.

The company are a Tier 1 developer with sites across London and the UK. Have been running around 45 years, and have a £500million annual turnover. A leader in the business of urban regeneration, with a target to build over 95% of its development on brownfield land.

Working in this division you will work solely on this existing project that still has 7 years on site remaining. Made up of multiple RC blocks to a high specification. You will be the No 1 commercial on the project and responsible for a team of 5 ranging from Senior to Assistant Surveyor.

Your day to day role will be to ensure the commercial success of the project including reporting to the board, attending project review meetings, working on procurement of major packages, mentoring the team, recruitment and leasing the ops team, tech and construction to ensure projects are running in budget.

The ideal candidate will come from a residential building background with experience working on major projects as the No 1 on site. You will be willing to work on a site in East London full time.

In return they can offer up to £120,000 + package including car allowance and bonus.
