Sales Support Executive - Tonbridge - Onsite

We have partnered with a growing business in Tonbridge who are looking for a Sales Support Executive where you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer enquiries, orders, and shipments.

Reporting directly to the Sales and Support Manager, you'll ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.

Manage customer communication via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
Maintain CRM databases and mailing lists.
Generate and analyze customer sales reports using Sales Vision and Excel.
Provide support to Sales Support Team when needed.
Take on additional duties to enhance Sales Support team efficiency.
