Assistant Development ManagerCambridge£35k - £45k plus package.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-respected developer as Assistant Development Manager, working on residential schemes in and around Cambridge and the Eastern region.

Based in Cambridge, you will be part of the development team reporting directly to the Regional Head of Development and also the Group Development Director.

You will be tasked with taking sites from the acquisition team and ensuring their smooth progress through planning, design and delivery.

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 plus company benefits which include pension, private healthcare and bonus.

To be suitable for this role, you come from a land buying, town planning or development surveying / management background, with 1-3 years experience.

Managing and coordinating individual projects across sitesEnsuring projects align and achieve the company's objective e.g. design specification and financiallyDeveloping company profileDriving projects through planning, design and delivery.

Degree qualified and ideally property relatedReal Estate graduate, land buyer, town planner or development surveyor / assistant development manager backgroundExperience of driving housebuilding projects through the development processCurrently working for either a national housebuilder or development agencyDetailed understanding of the planning application and appeals process.
