- Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects, including updates on manufacturing, quality control, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details.
- Generate regular reports to track key account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the FMCG/Food/Drinks industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using cloud-based Order management software and Microsoft Office.
