    Job Role:
    Key Account Executive


    Hours:
    Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

    Coordinate and manage client orders and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.


    • Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.
    • Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects, including updates on manufacturing, quality control, and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details.
    • Generate regular reports to track key account performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the FMCG/Food/Drinks industry is preferred.
    • Proficiency in using cloud-based Order management software and Microsoft Office.
