    Family/Matrimonial Solicitor


    Position: Solicitor (Minimum 3-4 years PQE - Ability to work independently)


    Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours - initially 3 days a week)


    Location: Tring


    Salary: £40, £50,000.00 pro rata (Yearly salary reviews)

    The Role:
    As a Family/Matrimonial Solicitor, youll play a crucial part in managing client work efficiently and effectively


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing all client work with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
    • Keeping clients informed about progress and costs throughout the process
    • Maintaining high standards of client care and confidentiality
    • Achieving billing and time recording targets
    • Overseeing credit control on your matters
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external organisations
    • Supervising and supporting immediate support staff
    • Engaging in selfdevelopment and compliance with training requirements
    • Promoting the firms services and image actively

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 34 years PQE
    • Membership of Resolution and/or the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme (preferred)
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethics
