INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Role - Construction Estimator

Project - Fitout

Working alongside a reputable Fit Out Contractor known for delivering high value projects for a range of clients and government bodies they have a requirement for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

Their established commercial team requires an experience estimator to come in with a hands-on approach to new projects and correspond with their offices in the UK.

To review contract tender information and identify incomplete elements and request details from the client through a TQ process.

• Provide weekly general update to Senior Management.
• Provider analysis reports on subcontractors.
• Maintain win rate ratios and feedback to Senior Management.

Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.

• A minimum of 4-5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor.
• Experience and knowledge of construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
