    Head of Partnerships

    Fintech publisher

    Up to £50k + annual bonus

    1 day a week in London office

    Our client is a world-leading financial technology news service and online community.

    They inform and connect over 800,000 banking, payments and fintech professionals each month to support innovation in financial services.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work at an established financial news organisation,

    shaping the business' future by engaging its community across banks, payments providers and technology companies.

    They are looking for someone who'll support the collaboration across the events and client services teams and nurture the members by inviting them to work with them across webinars, roundtables, and conferences.

    Key responsibilities:

    · Foster relationships with the business community.

    · Drive engagement across events and client services.

    · Keep pace with the industry by gathering insights from financial services.

    · Source speakers and industry experts for events.

    · Engage key accounts for sponsorship opportunities.

    · Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling packages.

    What they are looking for:

    · Minimum of 5 years working in international events and conferences, preferably in an Account Management or sales capacity

    · Relevant experience in undertaking marketing and corporate communications work.

    · Excellent written and oral communication skills

    · Experience in working within a multicultural and international environment

    · Ability to use an international network of contacts for commercial purposes

    · Relevant communications and Web experience

    · Demonstrable expertise in budgeting and managing projects to tight deadlines

    · Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail

    · Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and internal resources

    · Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organisational skills

    · Experience and knowledge of the FinTech industry (desirable not essential)
