We are searching for a experiacned and passionate apprenticeship administration professional to join a award winning, creative and well established college based in London.

Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for the colleges apprenticeship team. Welcome learners and proactivity manage their journey and onboarding process
- Take responsibility for the apprentices journey together with the wider team
- Work closely with the wider Apprenticeship team, and external stakeholders
- Support with the management of learner data including attendance and progress, working closely with the Compliance Manager and data team to ensure the college is compliant with the ESFA
- Prepare clear communications for apprentices and employers on delivery schedules and key milestones
- Support with delivery timetables and calendar management
- Provide other administrative and project management support as needed both in their London campus and remotely (this could include supporting lecturers with the set up Google classrooms and with the classroom logistics)
- Submit registers and be proactive in communicating with missing or late apprentices
- Experiacne working with Onefile
- Experience of operations and of administrative systems
- Very good ICT skills
- Proficient in GSuite/MS Office
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A genuine desire to enable everyone, regardless of background, to flourish and reach their full potential
- Proactive problemsolving ability
- Adaptable and patient, able to manage many priorities at once and resolve concerns with empathy and compassion.

£25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
