- Developing, executing and having fun with the agency's annual marketing & PR strategy
- Managing the agency's online presence across web and socials, and using your copywriting skills to be the voice of the agency
- Managing and getting the best out of external partners including the intermediaries, industry press and PR agencies
- Building case-studies and awards-entries
- Oversee new business processes from an operational POV and support on RFI/pitches
