    Butler, Central London

    UHNW family requires experienced butler to join their established team of household staff.

    Duties to include:

    • Laying and clearing dining table for all meals
    • Table service
    • Food shopping, working closely with the chefs to ensure full knowledge of upcoming menus and liaising between family and chefs.
    • Inform staff group of principal's meal plans
    • Manage wine cellar
    • Meeting and greeting principals and guests
    • Clean shoes when laundress is off.
    • Receive and unpack principals' shopping bags
    • Turn down service (shared with housekeepers)
    • Polishing silver/brass
    • Changing flowers
    • Check and manage technology - TVs, sound systems etc
    • Some wardrobe management
    • Packing/unpacking
    • Travel with family for 1-3 weeks at a time

    Candidates must have extensive Butler experience at UHNW private house level. Must have exceptionally high standards in every area of your work, in order to meet the principals' requirements.

    Hours: 12pm-9pm

    Working five days per week, to include every other weekend (with time off in lieu given during the week)
