- Drive optimal commercial outcomes for the Group through proportionate focus on Plant, Region, Country and Group
- Create and implement a Sales plan for the region in conjunction with the UKI Sales & Commercial Director
- Act as part of the UKI management team
- Define action plans with senior management (CPK) for each of the areas, to achieve the results and objectives established.
- Propose the Company's annual investment plan. Supervise its implementation and establish corrective actions if needed.
- Supervise the process of the company budget and projects, optimise improvement actions and establish corrective actions
- Develop and implement training and development plans for his/her direct reports.
- Motivate and assist with the development of all employees in the region.
- Prepare the annual performance development system and define the action plan to be followed.
- Ensure good customer relations.
- Co-ordinate company resources to ensure the fulfilment of commitments made to customers.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Maintain highest possible product quality.
- Ensure implementation of group procedures in subsidiary companies if applicable.
- Define and evaluate management objectives and KPIs of the management team, in accordance with Group policy.
- Represent the Company on all the following levels: legal, commercial, institutional
- Minimum of 5 years' as a Commercial Director/Plant Manager
- Corrugated sector expertise is seen as an advantage, Full P&L/GM experience within manufacturing is a complete must
- 3-5 years experience at senior manager level
- Demonstrable experience of commercial and plant growth within a large manufacturing facility
