    Description
    Our client is a large, International law firm, offering comprehensive services to a wide range of industries. With offices located worldwide, including a key hub in London, they pride themselves on providing top-tier, client-focused solutions.
    Provide expert legal counsel across the business operations.
    Manage and mitigate risk within the company's operations.
    Review and draft legal documents and contracts.
    Work closely with various departments to ensure legal compliance.
    Participate in strategising the company's legal activities.
    Advise on legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions and partnerships.
    Oversee and manage legal disputes and litigations.
    A successful 'Senior Associate (General Counsel & Risk)' should have:
    Experience working within risk and compliance and in a General Counsel team.
    Excellent knowledge of SRA law and legal procedures.
    Strong ability to manage risk and make sound judgement calls.
    Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
    Good understanding of the business services sector and its legal requirements.
    An excellent hourly-rate.
