    RLDatix has made a significant investment in our Corporate Information Systems to build scalable, global platforms to support the business in this exciting growth phase.

    The Corporate Information Systems team plays a vital supporting role for the RLDatix business.

    A key focus for the role-holder is to maintain and continuously improve the underlying systems and processes to deliver an efficient, effective and scalable function.

    The HRIS Systems Managerrole will be accountable for the following:

    Operational day to day support and administration of the HR Corporate systems which include (Sage People (HCM), Hirebridge (ATS), ADP and various other tools)Management and planning of system enhancementsPlanning and implementing M&A integrationThis role is part of the Corporate Information Systems team, working closely with the Business across the globe (including colleagues in the UK, US, Canada, Sweden, and Australia offices).The role requires an individual with strong business experience working with internal controls, processes, and systems.

    The role holder will be self-motivated, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business, have excellent Business Analysis capabilities and have worked with HR Systems.

    This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders and how they work together.

    A crucial part of the role is:
    Working with business stakeholders to understand their system and reporting challengesIdentifying any functional gapsComparing with system capabilities of the toolsetWorking closely with the corporate business owners and running enhancement projectsManaging project resourcesDelivering project updates to stakeholdersProducing test scripts to ensure all systems requirements are metLead user acceptance testing results Work closely with other Business Analysts, System Engineers and BI Developers to ensure alignment of core systems and our business reportingAdditionally, this person will be responsible for:

    Operational Responsibilities:
    Supporting the Business on a day-to-day basis across all HR system processesDeveloping a detailed understanding of all HR business processes from end to endKeeping up to date with the latest system developmentsTaking ongoing responsibility for continuous improvement of systems and processesIdentifying new opportunities for automation and efficiencyOngoing review and optimization of core business processesLine management for Business Systems analysts

    Project Responsibilities:

    Build and manage the Corporate Information systems roadmap for the HR systemsLiaise with partners and developers to keep up to date with system developmentsPrioritize enhancements with the business ownersPublish regularly to the businessM&A integration working closely with the Business stakeholders to plan and execute of the migration of acquired company systems and processes onto the RLDatix SystemsThe role requires an individual that has the ability to work to tight deadlines and has strong written and verbal skills.

    The role holder will be able to work well, both independently and in a team environment.

    Experience/Knowledge You Will Need:

    The candidate would ideally have:
