ABOUT THE TEAM
The Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) provides replacement rental management services and software solutions to insurance companies, dealerships, fleets, and collision repair centres


Our mission is simple:

Our web-based software solutions are designed to enhance performance management with complete transparency, concise measurements, and seamless data integration. We believe in the power of key performanceindicators to drive improvement.


ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our primary office location is in Egham. Occasionally, some meetings will be held on-site and require travel to the office at the employee's expense. This is likely to be less than 10 times a year.
At all other times, the employee can work remotely or inthe office as they choose.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new and maintain existing software solutions
  • Share your experiences with the team and at the same time develop yourself by learning from the team experiences
  • Collaborate with other teams to make architectural decisions and improvements
  • Participate in support and security remediation activities
  • May require occasional oncall duties

Qualifications

  • Technology
  • Java, SQL, Apache TomCat
  • Experience in cloud computing (AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud)
  • Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps environments
  • Experience working with one or more source control systems (preferably Bitbucket/Git)
  • Experience in the full software development lifecycle and endtoend testing
  • Experience working in teams utilizing Agile methodologies eg. Scrum/Kanban
Desirable

  • Technology
  • Weblogic, Putty, Splunk, Artifactory, Postman, SoapUI, DynaTrace
  • Experience with frameworks such as Hibernate and Struts
  • Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration tools
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
