About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, experienced, motivated Site Acquisition Manager to join a growing team.

Responsible for the growth and development of my clients EV network, through site acquisitions and securing opportunities with partnerships and site owners/occupiers
Negotiate favourable Heads of Terms for each acquisitions or partnership in line with company expectations
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK property law, proven acquisition success, and established connections within the real estate industry, and you will have the following Skills and attributes:

A background in agency and/or real estate or site acquisitions is favourable
Existing network of contacts in local and national agencies
Proven track record in delivering acquisitions programmes
knowledge of planning law, development projects and site assembly
