    Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our sales efforts and contribute to our mission of empowering organizations through digital transformation.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand a global delivery model, software development, and industry verticals such as BFSI, TTLH, Retail, Digital Products etc.
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the organisation to bring out the best solution/service offering and value proposition.
    • Sell transformation, software development, and data engineering led solutions through a consultative sales approach.
    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for our services through effective communication and discovery.
    • Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies tailored to different industries and verticals.
    • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and meetings scheduled.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

    Skills, Knowledge and Experience

    • Experience in using sales tools, cold emailing and cold calling to generate leads.
    • Excellent written and oral skills in English.
    • A passion and drive to learn and further your knowledge within the tech industry.
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects over the phone and via email.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g LinkedIn Sales Nav, Hubspot) is a plus.
    • Passion for technology and digital innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of digital transformation.
