Our client is looking for their next crop of talent with quick fast
progression to Business Development Manager in the next 6 months

They help clients excel by providing high-potential technical consultants (software, data, cloud and platform (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow) engineers), through cost-effective and low-risk consulting solutions.

What's in it for you as a Business Development Representative

Up to £30K£40Kstarting salary depending on experience* + £50£100 bonus per meeting booked (£1£2k p/mmin)

- + generous uncapped commission after 6 months

Promotion to Account Executive within 6 months of hitting targets
Hybrid working structure 1 day from home as BDR, flexible at AE level
Flexible working hours
Training structure with 6 months promotion period to BDM

What you'll be doing as Business Development Representative

Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
Determine the prospect's interest in [product/service]
Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects

What's needed to become their next Business Development Representative

1 years B2B or 360 recruitment experience

- excellent phone, writing, and listening skills

Selfstarter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
At least one year of professional experience
