Business Development Representative
Our client is looking for their next crop of talent with quick fast
progression to Business Development Manager in the next 6 months


Opportunities is not equally distributed in modern society and with the common factors used to judge graduates such as universities attended overlook significant amount of talent.

What's in it for you as a Business Development Representative

  • Up to £30K£40Kstarting salary depending on experience* + £50£100 bonus per meeting booked (£1£2k p/mmin)
- + generous uncapped commission after 6 months

  • Promotion to Account Executive within 6 months of hitting targets

What you'll be doing as Business Development Representative

  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in [product/service]
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects

What's needed to become their next Business Development Representative

  • 1 years B2B or 360 recruitment experience
- excellent phone, writing, and listening skills

  • Selfstarter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • At least one year of professional experience
