Primary school Classroom Assistant - Brent


A wonderful school located in Brent are looking for a Classroom Assistant to work with children to support their learning.

You will also provide general classroom support under the guidance of the class teacher. The role will be fulltime position and you will be required to support SEN children with hearing impairment.


Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant would be ideal but experience working with children in some form of capacity is essential, where a reference can be obtained.

The Role:


  • SEN Teaching Assistant working with children with hearing impairments to support their learning and development
  • SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special needs and hearing impairment
  • Contribute towards a safe and supportive learning environment as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Helping teachers plan learning activities and complete records SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Actively create a stimulating environment for children within the primary school classes as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

Available to work fulltime, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
  • You ideally must have previous experience as a Primary School Classroom Assistant or at the minimum have recent experience with children in some capacity
  • Available full time for ideally long term contracts.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
