    RVG is on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to be based in our London Victoria office to work and support with our CCO on change projects.

    This role provides project planning, coordination, tracking and reporting in support of priority business projects.

    It is focused on accelerating delivery of priority deliverables, co-ordination of project processes, and the tools used to drive process improvement.

    What will the successful Project Coordinator be doing?Organises and supports the preparation of priority projects and integrated project plans.

    Responsible for coordinating and collating project updates, including board reporting packsIdentifies and progresses deliverables with a rolling 1-3 month intensity of focus, ensuring that critical milestones are understood and supporting project leads to meet those prioritiesActs as a liaison between Exec, SLT and team leaders when issues or concerns ariseCollaborates with project sponsors and leaders to define, prioritise, and deliver priority projectsProvides updates to Executives including organising, coordinating and collating materials for project steerco and executive workshop meetingsOversees the plan of record and keeps accurate records of meetings, action items, follow up items, and follow up datesContinuously evaluates projects to ensure they are delivering to expectation, aligned to our overall strategic priorities, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlinesCoordinates group invitations, ensuring timing is in line to support milestone deliveryEstablishes and supports the use of standard RVG project documents, providing support to RVG colleagues who are new to their use Produces standard project plan templates; supports project managers to track and report progress to plan; provides stakeholders with accurate and relevant information to support decision making at agreed project review points; escalates where the business is not following agreed process Works with project sponsors and leads to identify areas for deep dive design workshops with Executives; coordinates the booking of those slots at Executive meetings Carries out delegated activities to support identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies and constraints associated with each project.
