    Red Bull UK are recruiting for a National Account Execuitve - On Premise Wholesale to be based across UK.

    The Impulse Wholesale Team are hiring an On Premise Wholesale NAE to support the implementation of a holistic strategy across the combined wholesale universe, ensuring that we are strategically agile and give our customers and wholesale partners a consistent way of working. The On Premise wholesale NAE will be a pivotal part of this, managing a portfolio of key customers and developing the account base to deliver the channel plans for the year.

  • This NAE will have full accountability for several national and regional delivered wholesale partners across the On Premise. They will also serve as a support function to the NAM on the biggest Key Accounts including Matthew Clark, Booker and Bestway. Achievement of agreed volume & profit plan by account. Deliver against business targets, which are driven by a clear business plan that caters to both Customer and Red Bull priorities. Work proactively with the field team by providing clear data and concise targeted opportunities. Achievement and alignment with indirect customer Account Managers to ensure their plans are facilitated by your customers.
  • Work closely with the NAM and Net Revenue Management team to understand and analyse the direct volume profit and loss account in your customers. Proactively forecast volume and manage in line with agreed Red Bull priorities and recognize opportunities for P&L improvement or investments for growth, e.g. promotions and distribution driving initiatives. Be a pivotal player in customer contract negotiations with an in depth understanding of customer value chains.
  • Grow Red Bull Distribution within the Freetrade universe through developing a market leading distribution strategy working closely with all levels of internal and external contact strategy. Proactive identification of opportunities to grow our share and implementation of solutions to achieve.
  • Proactively manage both internal and external contact strategy to help meet overall account targets. Timely meetings with contacts to ensure development of overall business plan. Build strong internal and external relationships to drive operational delivery, including field sales, supply chain, marketing and commercial finance.
  • To become an expert in category, consumer and customer covering both your customer base and Red Bull. Positive decisions based on insight both sought and made available. Work closely with internal category contact to create compelling sell-stories to achieve Red Bull objectives.
  • Work with NAM to identify the need for additional ways to be better at what we do. Identify issues and build solutions aligned with the wider team, working across the Impulse team to implement
  • To be a brand advocate to your customers, the trade and Red Bull and mirror the brand values to always deliver enhanced brand perception.
  • Experience of account management & P&L responsibility
  • Proven track record of performance within FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Experience of negotiation
  • Self-starter with a focus on results and customers
  • A passion for the on trade
  • Travel 60-70%
