    This role will involve both leading and project managing change management activities, as well as delivering change management artefacts across the global People Function. Ideally, someone who has led and delivered change management programs within mid-large scale, multi-streamed, digital transformations within a global HR environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Change Management

    • Develop tailored Change Plans across different work packages within the functions' digital transformation journey and across CoE's.
    • Through applying a structured Change Management methodology, lead and deliver end to end change management activities to assess impact, manage transition, measure success of implementation, manage change lens of ongoing maintenance.
    • This includes delivery of (but not limited to); business cases, change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, journey mapping, change risk assessments, transition plans, hypercare plans.
    • Collaborate and partner closely with a diverse stakeholder network across the organisation (across various locations, roles, and levels).
    • Report change management measures succinctly to governance forums of different levels (readiness, adoption, impact).
    • Analyze and synthesize complex data sets effectively and extract meaningful insights for various audiences.

    Project management

    • Lead end-to-end project management activities of change management programs – This will include 2+ projects running concurrently.
    • This includes delivery of (but is not limited to): developing project plans, managing resource plans, ongoing budget reporting, identifying and reporting project risks, and regular project reporting.
    Qualifications
    • Ideally with a Consulting background, leading various HR Change Management projects across different contexts.
    • 5 years of experience in a related field
    • Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to utilize project management tools
    • Strong data and analytics capability
