    Three Bridges Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our leading Edinburgh based public sector organisation for a Finance Officer - Accounts Payable. This role is for a 12-month Fixed Term to join their Finance Department. This role will provide administrative and technical support to senior management ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounts payable function.     Job

    As a Finance Officer - Accounts Payable you will be involved in the following:

    • Purchase ledger administration
    • Actively participating in the continual refinement of financial procedures & controls
    • End to end processing of transactional accounts
    • Continuous process improvement
    • Accounts analysis and reporting presented monthly
    • Analysing and pre-empting creditor allowances and issues
    • Communicating with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels

    You

    As Finance Officer - Accounts Payable you will be skilled or qualified in the following:

    • Experience in the above responsibilities
    • IT literate in all Microsoft packages and a widely used finance system
    • Great communication skills
