    Remuneration:£450 per day

    Description:Full or Part-time Locum required 2 days per week (Weds & Fri) for an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE near Exeter

    • £450 per day

    • 45% Private and 50% split on Labs

    • Hours 9am - 5pm

    • Existing well maintained list

    • Fully computerised surgeries

    • Digital x-rays, Trios, CT Scanner, Intraoral Camera

    • Dedicated De con room and assistant

    • Full, longstanding support team

    • Parking on site

    • Available immediately, start date negotiable

    Compliance requirements:
    - Full NHS Performer Number
    - Local Area Team confirmation
    - GDC certificate
    - UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
    - Indemnity certificate
    - Passport
    - Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
    - Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
    - Degree certificate
    - CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
    - IRMER
