    You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the building so must represent all of the qualities outlined.

    This role would suit anyone looking for slightly out of the ordinary office hours of 10am - 6pm.

    Experience of coordinating facilities management duties Support the Execs in the building with their daily needs, from booking taxi's to ordering lunch and everything in betweenYou love numbers Dealing with invoices, inventories you will be very numericalCalm, friendly, professional and presentable as the face of the businessFlexible when required to cover events or late meetings on an ad hoc basisThis role will represent the first person an external visitor will see so must be friendly and engaging.
