    Description and requirements:


Based on a large MoD site near Watford the Site Services Operative will be a key member of the Stores and Site Services team, delivering a FM services to meet the contractual requirements of a key PFI contract.


You'll:


  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas in the Stores Complex.
  • Driving a variety of vehicles within the Stores pool, ranging from cars, lorries, forklifts and Powerflex Sweepers. Complete first daily inspections on all vehicles.
  • Maintain the outward appearance and cleanliness of the Northwood Headquarters.
  • To assist with gritting and snow clearing from roads, pathways and other hard landscaped areas as directed in adverse winter weather conditions. To participate in standby/ callout rota and occasionally required to work outside normal hours
  • When Assisting in stores receive, issue and deliver items of stores in a courteous and professional manner.

We are looking for:


  • Proven record of good customer service.
  • A good sound knowledge of stores accounting procedures.
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Driving Experience
