Talent International are currently recruiting for numerous Development Officer/Safeguarding positions for a Public Sector Client based in the West Midlands. The roles are available on a full or part time basis, with hybrid working and flexible base/site options across the West Midlands geography. The role(s) are offered on a 6 month initial contract and experience/knowledge of Children and Adult Safeguarding is essential. The successful candidate(s) will be required to complete security clearance as outlined by the organisation.

Key Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures for Vulnerable Children and Adults
• The ability to analyse, research and identify risks in sensitive/confidential information
• Excellent IT and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision making
• Excellent multi-agency and key stakeholder communication skills
