Maintenance Operative - Student Portfolio
- Starting salary from £11.54 per hour, negotiable dependent on experience._

Consisting of multiple businesses, this well-established property group specialises in both residential and student block, estate and asset management, operating nationwide.
Trade qualifications are desirable but not essential.Duties (include but are not limited to): -
- Carry out
minor repairs within the communal and studio areas of the building. This may involve minor plumbing, carpentry as well as minor electrical works. - Painting and decorating works within communal and studio areas.
- Assist and coordinate with resident movein maintenance and moveout maintenance, as necessary.
- Liaise with the sites' Lettings & Accommodation Manager on daily tasks and prioritise accordingly.
- Ensure all the relevant Health and Safety regulations are complied with at all times.
- Work closely with the Lettings & Accommodation Manager and Estates Manager to ensure value for money is achieved with the procurement of all works and materials in line with the site budget.
- Produce a high standard of reports as required by the Estates Manager, ensuring all the required information is delivered in a timely manner, is accurate and in the required format.
- Ensure compliance via the _Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)_ programme, ensuring accurate records are kept online as required.
- Ensure the site is always a safe environment, assisting with and complying with risk assessments and safe working practices.
- Flexibility in working hours on occasion _(it may be necessary to work outside of your regular shift pattern during student move in/out season)_.
- Provide excellent customer service to all site residents and guests.
- Any other reasonable tasks deemed necessary.
