- To lead the management of a comprehensive assurance regime to meet contractual compliance and statutory requirements, drive efficiency and maximise return on investment.
- To develop effective processes for the quality assurance and reviews service dealing with all complaints, Ombudsman cases, Member enquiries, statutory reviews and appeals under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended).
- Direct line management of two Team Managers.
- Extensive experience of managing statutory reviews, contracts and service improvement.
- Detailed knowledge of homelessness legislation, guidance and caselaw, and knowledge of the broader housing environment
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a local authority/public sector environment
