My client, one of the nation's leading consumer law firms, seeks an experienced team manager/leader to join their Dispute Resolution team on a fixed-term contract until December 2024. This individual will play a critical role in delivering high-quality legal services, managing resources effectively, and fostering the professional development of team members.Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of fee earners on a daily basis
- Ensure adoption and adherence to Dispute Resolution processes and procedures
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s and supervisor file reviews as necessary
- Support the Operations Manager with KPI performance monitoring
- Assist in compiling forecast data for monthly billing targets
- Complete day-to-day supervision and automated tasks for the team driven from within the case management system
- Act with integrity, honesty, and courtesy, complying with the SRA code of conduct
