Our client is a growing software company building Innovative SaaS intranet and desk booking solutions. They are an established brand in the intranet market and have over 20 years of rich history and experience.


The Role:

They are looking to expand their team by recruiting a
Web Applications Support Consultant.

Reporting directly to the support and Implementation Manager, you will be
responsible for the implementation, support, and upgrades of their solutions to a growing client base.


Requirements:


  • You may come from a software engineering background and wish to further yourself in a more clientfacing type role.
  • Experience of web or intranetbased solutions in a Microsoft Windows Server environment including good experience with web development tools such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and ASP.NET.
  • The ability to improve your skills in terms of continual improvement is a must.
  • Experience of Microsoft SQL Server in a Windows Client Server environment, including SQL Scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are essential as the role will involve dealing directly with end clients.
  • Previous knowledge gained working with SharePoint would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to expand your knowledge in your own time to further your career is important
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work equally well as part of a team or on your own initiative
