Key Responsibilities:

What We Want to See From You:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the fresh produce industry, agriculture or FMCG sectors preferred but not a necessity.
