You will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager, Account Managers, and Operations Executives in delivering administrative tasks for our client's retail activities.


Duties:


  • Managing the system to ensure all activities are fully booked
  • To create a strategy for attracting additional field agents and take ownership for improving processes based on results
  • Review on going working practices/ procedures and systems to recommend cost effective improvements for the department
  • Working with BI team to ensure data capture system and BI reporting provides required outputs.
  • Provide effective communication routes between departments, field employees & clients to ensure efficient operation


In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing field wages, expense claims, and data from the field team.

Your ability to problem solves and think on your feet will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and delivering results.

  • Knowledge of database and reporting systems is desirable
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customerfocused approach
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies and environments
  • Flexibility and adaptability when working on internal or client projects with tight deadlines
  • Wellorganised, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure
