Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Part time hours will be considered.

Salary range:
£25,071 - £27,677 pro rata per annum - effective 01 Apr 2023

About the role

Solent Mind is the provider for Wellbeing services in the New Forest. The Wellbeing Centres provide a range of activities and support to service users both in the centres and in the community in 1 to 1 and group based activity.

The Wellbeing Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the management of Client referrals/ assessments and allocations. The Wellbeing Co-Ordinator will delegate Service Users to Wellbeing staff for short term focussed interventions to enable service users to achieve goals identified through the Dialog assessment process.

The Wellbeing Co-Ordinator will hold their own caseload of Clients and also deliver courses and groups.
