Experienced Solutions Architect based in Portsmouth on a 12+ month contract Required

Inside IR35

Contract length: 12+ Months

Daily Rate:
£650 - £750 per day

Clearance:
Full security clearance
Trilogic are proud to support a premium mechanical, building, design and engineering company based in Portsmouth.

You will be responsible for defining and designing the system solution, produce a detailed systems requirement document and oversee the procurement and implementation of the new solution.

In addition, you will identify interim tactical solutions that canbe deployed quickly to improve current business processes that compliment the transformation journey to the new integrated solutions.

Requirements:

Design and dimension system architect aligned to strategic priorities, principles and standards.
Responsible for defining and executing solution design activities, managing design dependencies, constraints, risks and issues.
Create solution prototype and tactical solutions
Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure that the architecture supports business outcomes and can be easily communicated and understood.
Lead the solution selection process, defining clear selection criteria and participate with senior business stakeholders on solution selction
Implement process and consistent models and blueprints to maintain traceability between strategy, programme portfolio, current and target technology landscapes and solution designs
Support Project Managers in the implementation and delivery of the Group Solutions

Essential:

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or computer science.
A minimum of 6 years' experience with network administration in hardware and software.
Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, system security, database management, and web platforms.
Aboveaverage understanding of business operations and strategy.
Awareness of and the ability to use a wide variety of software solutions.
Project management and teamwork skills.
