    How you'll change it up

    As our Head of Procurement you will be responsible for setting and implementing the sourcing and contract management strategy across the business. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

    • Be a change agent across the organisation, with the aim of improving systems and processes,by providing relevant commercial insight to the rest of the business
    • Lead and develop a team of Procurement Managers and Specialists, across a diverse range of Goods, Equipment and Services
    • Conduct regular category strategy reviews with your teams and key senior stakeholders
    • Embed best practices in contract management to unlock value, drive savings targets, and enhance supplier performance through strategic negotiations and relationship management
    • Utilise data to help form sourcing strategy and value-add initiatives toinform decision making

    What you'll bring to the role

    In addition to having an accreditation or degree in Procurement and/or Contract/Supplier Management, you will have managed teams of procurement specialists and have experience in contract management and sourcing processes. You'll also bring the following with you:

    • Experience managing one of the following key categories: IT, Materials, Build Partners or Network Operation
    • A thorough understanding of procurement principles around effective category management and change management
    • Excellent communication skills allowing you to articulate ideas and strategies to a variety of stakeholders
